How do I receive my digital BURAAQ comic?

After completing Shopify checkout, you receive a PDF download link by email. Save the file and open it in a PDF reader. No physical comic is shipped for a digital-PDF order.

Can I read BURAAQ PDFs on a phone or tablet?

Yes. You can open a downloaded BURAAQ PDF on a phone, tablet or computer using a PDF reader. A larger screen can make the artwork and dialogue easier to read.

Where do printed BURAAQ comics ship?

Printed comics currently ship within the United States only. International print shipping is not currently offered.

What are the shipping charges for printed comics?

US printed-comic orders currently offer $8 Standard or $15 Express shipping. Checkout shows the available options and final charge before you place your order. Digital PDFs do not require shipping.

What should I do if my PDF download or order has a problem?

Check your inbox and spam folder for the order and download emails. If you still need help, email kamil@splitmoonarts.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
